Pilates resistance bands, so how do they fit into Pilaties? It just seems that everyone is asking about Pilates resistance bands and how to use them is a Pilates exercise routine.
We will answer those questions for anyone wanting to use the Pilates resistance bands while doing a Pilates exercise routine. You must follow the rules like any program for safety and with Winsor Pilates there are no exceptions.
Here are the basics to using the resistance bands in your routine. A set or routine requires you to do eight to ten reps with each resistance band using no weights in the first 2 to 3 weeks. You will need to rest for one day between your workouts. This is the routine for those new to Winsor Pilates Resistance Band workouts.
As you move up the ladder to intermediate and you will the routine changes to sets of 8 to 12 reps and adding very light to medium weight. Do your workouts 2 to 3 times a week which must include the full day off with rest between the workouts.
With the progression to the advanced stage so does the routine. Do the same 8 to 12 reps but you change to medium to heavy weights. Then the same rule applies 2 to 3 times a week not forgetting the full day of rest between the workouts.

• Never fail to warm up first by 5 to 10 minutes.
• Stretching is required before and after the routine while cooling down.
• The standard rule is always plenty of water; you must keep your body hydrated for workouts.

• Push Ups
• Lat Pulls
• Overhead Press
• Shoulder Rotation
• Unilateral Lateral Raise
• Tricep Extension

• Outer Thigh Exercises
